Ekşioğlu Lovers Site

Our renovation project, comprised of commercial and residential units, is located at the Çallı intersection. It consists of two blocks, 18 apartments, and five commercial units. Our commercial units face Orhan Veli Street on one side and Gazi Boulevard on the other. The Çallı tram stop is right next to our project, and a public bus stop is in front of our building. Özdilek Park Shopping Center is within walking distance. All bank branches are located nearby. Two private schools are adjacent to our buildings. Schools (primary, high, and faculty), community clinics, and markets are all within easy reach.
